What is your refund/return policy?
Because each item is created for your order, we don’t accept returns. Please see more on our Refund and Returns Policy page, including information on what to do if you have a problem with your order.

How can I get custom swag for my school/team/organization?
Email topqualityimaging@gmail.com with your information, and we can discuss how to best meet the needs of your group.

I placed a preorder for pickup at a meet and I can’t get it or forgot to get it. What do I do now?
It is the responsibility of the customer to pickup the preorder items at the meet. If you are unable to pickup your item(s), please make other arrangements for your order. If you need to designate a pickup person besides the orderer or listed student, email topqualityimaging@gmail.com. Any preorders not picked up at the meet will be subject to shipping fees.
